A number of paradise-like islands in the middle of the Indian Ocean… The Seychelles.
One of the highlights for me was the diving.
It might look like an easy motive but it´s not, I promise. It´s a different ballgame to take pictures under water. The creatures you meet accept your presence up to a certain point. If you get to close they are off in a hurry. No posing from this guy.

Hey mister..
“don´t swim to far out.. there are big sharks out there” the twins told me and smiled between them.
It was mostly a friendly joke. But I knew that six months earlier sharks had killed one french man and two weeks later an english tourist not very far from this beach.

A family excursion.
Mother, father and two kids taking a trip on the Madeira, a tributary to the Amazon-river.
The locals in the Amazon region still carve dug-out canoes from trees in the rainforest. The river is often the main transportation route and the canoe is a common and convenient way of moving around.
