Gothenburg is divided by the river “Göta Älv”. I often use the shuttle ferry when I need to go over to Hisingen island. Used the iPhone to catch the combination of the icy cold water today and that colorful January light.

Sunday afternoons it´s possible to meet these ladies if you go to Callejón de Hamel. This alley in Havana is the place to be if you are the least interested in rumba or afro-cuban culture.
Walking down La Rambla..
..then take to the right.. you are in Raval. It has not had the best of reputations but it is transforming slowly to a vibrant and trendy neighborhood in the Catalonian capital.
