out of 21, before the finish line. It´s a tough race today at Gothenburg marathon, very hot at the beginning. I heard ambulance sirens from different directions, hope it was not because of stressed hearts. Later on the sky opened and an epic thunder weather presented itself with some almost frightening hailstorm on top of it. The last runners has not finished yet as I post this photo.
Waving to the pilot… Originally the statue, facing the river Göta älv in Gothenburg is a monument in honour to the sailors that died during the first world war.

I Continue to play with the iPhone sweep panorama function. This is two pics of Älvsborgsbron merged.
The so called “Lilla Bommen” in central parts of town. The ship to the right is barken Viking. Here you also will find the opera, the guest marina and the red and white building “the lippstick”
I was accompanied by this light when returning home by bike from dance-class along the river a couple of hours ago.

Älvsborgsbron between Mainland Gothenburg and Hisingen island. This view kind of sits right in front of me so I keep aiming my camera towards it.
In a failed attempt to make some sort of panorama of the bridge I took this one just when the car passed by.
I liked the shadow game in it. straightened up some lines in PS and converted to black and white.

Spent the entire day taking portraits of my colleagues at the office yesterday. Walked home just after six pm with Gothenburg painted in a stunning evening light.

My job takes me to places I never visited before. Today it was Fjällbacka 90 minutes drive north of Gothenburg. It´s a nice little gem and once the favourite place of the legendary Swedish movie star Ingrid Bergman.
I would not mind coming back in summer time and rent one of those kayaks they advertise about.
