 and swinging the holy book in a dramatic fashion this street preacher tried to fire up the visitors at the commercial center “Nordstan” in Gothenburg yesterday!

His assistant was sitting quietly in the background with a sign “Jesus is alive”

Despite that the Billy look-alike refered to the tsunami in Japan, earthquakes and other plagues and somehow connected this as consequences of the lack of belief, he did not succeed to create a mass salvation amongst the busy shoppers!

 One of Cubas best salsa “timba style” groups, Manolito y su Trabuco back again in Gothenburg. the band played last night at Kungstorget. And they gave, as always, nothing less than 200% of pure Cuban energy in their performance!

Adriana Mendes is the motor of salsa dance in Gothenburg. She came from Brazil a couple of decades ago to Sweden. With a combination of dance skills and iron determination she has founded her own dance school Adrianas Danshus.

Thanks to her never-ending initiatives Gothenburg now is the salsa capital of Scandinavia!

  Taking a zip before entering the stage at this big cultural event in Saranda, southern Albania the last days of june 2012.

She wears the typical costume from here region and shortly she will perform some dances before the jury and national television. Lots of nerves, serious stuff!

 Pleased with herself playing skillfully with the hula-hoop.. just like any young girl around the world. Though she happened to draw a blank in the life lottery growing up in one of the poorest slum areas in Santo Domingo, Simon Bolívar.
